The Archewell Foundation shared a new post today to mark Mental Health Awareness Month.
Harry and Meghan met with local youth group, AHA! Santa Barbara to learn about “this generation’s experiences with social media and societal pressures, and how it affects their mental well-being.” and have conversations to work to find solutions.
More from Archewell.com —
During this hour-long session, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spoke with teens ages 14-18 about the opportunities social media can provide for connection and community, as well as the ways in which it also raises issues of insecurity, peer-pressure, and potential for self-harm, among other risks. These important perspectives and experiences help us understand how mental wellness intersects with the online world, and what it means to promote digital wellness in a digital age. The Archewell Foundation (AWF) has a history of engaging on these critical issues and working in partnership with youth groups, experts, and families, to develop programs that support and inspire change.”
Since 1999, AHA! has provided social-emotional education to over 20,000 teens and youth care providers.
More from the AHA! —
AHA! equips teenagers, educators, and parents with social and emotional intelligence to dismantle apathy, prevent despair, and interrupt hate-based behavior.
Our youth are in emotional crisis. Research continues to demonstrate the unmatched importance of social-emotional learning (SEL) in reducing emotional/physical violence in schools by building healthy campus climates with young people taking on the role of change agents in this shift.”
More from Archewell —
AWF holds a core belief that mental health is of the utmost importance, and underpins all of our work. We are regularly meeting with young people, parents, and professionals to understand the challenges they may be facing while working together to drive towards long-term solutions on- and offline.”

Meghan is just so beautiful and their charity work rings so authentic. Do you know if she wears dupes for any of her rare jewelry – like the engagement ring and Diana’s watch, for ex? Thanks for your work!!

Hi Lorelei – No she doesn’t wear dupes for her rare jewelry that we know of. thanks, Susan

Why is it about what Meghan wore? What about what Harry wore? Harry looks great too. Items sell when consumers see them on celebrities, both male and female.
This is all about the kids and helping them with their mental health issues, right? They seem happy that they were a highlight. Good to see.

Hi Ken, We do have a section of the site dedicated to What Harry Wore – you can find it here – https://whatmeghanwore.net/what-harry-wore/. Harry’s clothes are a little harder to ID at times. We do our best to share details on what he is wearing. Thanks, Susan

Meghan looks amazing. A very simple, clean and stylish look. Of course the top is already almost sold out. Everything she has been seen in since the basketball game has immidately gotten snapped up. Influencers dream of having that much selling power.

Hi Zoe, Some items are just low/depleted stock because it’s end of season, etc. – so this is why items seem like they are selling out quickly, when really it’s just a few pieces of each item left. There are some items though that truly sell out in record time! 🙂 – Susan C.
