Harry and Meghan spent today spotlighting a cause that’s been a cornerstone of their humanitarian work: World Central Kitchen (WCK).

At WCK’s regional headquarters in Amman, Jordan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex reaffirmed their deep connection to frontline relief efforts.
WCK, founded by acclaimed chef José Andrés, was the very first philanthropic partner of Harry and Meghan’s Archewell Philanthropies — a bond that dates back to 2020 shortly after the couple stepped back from senior royal duties.

Their visit to the Jordan Country Office came on the second — and final — day of a humanitarian trip focused on health, mental well-being, and support for vulnerable communities affected by conflict and displacement.

At WCK, food relief operations are coordinated across the region — including into Gaza — making the organization one of the most essential boots-on-the-ground responders during crises. The Sussexes got a close-up look at how hot meals and logistical support are delivered to families in need, reinforcing their ongoing commitment to global food security and humanitarian collaboration.

But the real soul of this visit came in the words of José Andrés, the chef-turned-humanitarian who turned his kitchen skills into a worldwide relief movement.
More from People —
I consider them friends… I know they are in the spotlight — not just in America, but in Britain — and what I can tell you from what I know is that they don’t have to, but they decide to do it.”
This isn’t the first time Harry and Meghan have stood shoulder-to-shoulder with WCK teams. In January 2025, amid deadly wildfires in Southern California, they pitched in with meals, supplies, and support at a WCK hub in Pasadena — a personal effort rooted in their own California community.

This visit to Jordan also involved ties with the World Health Organization and hands-on time with organizations supporting mental health, women’s leadership, and displaced communities.

Now my look at what Meghan wore today.

Meghan’s outfit was a bit of a challenge today as she is wearing all basic black. The t-shirt could be one that she owns and we know she owns one from Bleusalt – The Classic Crew, $145. The t-shirt comes in the brand’s signature fabric and light fabric shown below.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she is wearing the Gap Modern Crewneck T-Shirt, $31 use code GREAT for an extra 30% off.

Here are a few other options to get the look —
Banana Republic Refined Crew-Neck T-Shirt, $55 / Gap Organic Cotton VintageSoft T-Shirt, $30

Meghan wore black wide leg trousers. We scoured the internet looking for a match but no luck yet. The closest I could find are these from Gap — 365 Low Rise Pleated Wide-Leg Trousers in black, $90.

I also saw the Anine Bing ‘Trent’ trouser, $400, that were a close match, however I was on the fence about the width of the belt loops verses the ones Meghan is wearing.

Once again, here are a few other options to get the look.
H&M dress pants in black, $40 / Gap 365 High Rise Pleated Trousers, $90 / J.Crew Essential wide-leg pant in luster canvas, $148

Meghan accessorized with a black belt with a silver buckle. The belt has not yet been identified. I will include a few options below to get the look.
One thought was that it is the Anine Bing Nicola Square Buckle Belt, $180. I’m still unsure about the size of the buckle verses the one Meghan is wearing.

Banana Republic Factory black dress belt, $35 / Banana Republic Topstitched Leather Belt, $49 with an extra 20% off at checkout / Aritzia Essential Solid Brass Leather Belt, $68

The Duchess wore a pair of vintage Chanel Black wool fabric with velvet toe cap pumps (no longer available).

I will be publishing another post that covers the afternoon engagements shortly.
I’m a New Yorker, so there’s nothing I love more than a monochromatic black look. Duchess Meghan looks so sophisticated and chic, there are no words. I adore this outfit! ♥️
I want to highly recommend the documentary about WCK called We Feed People. WCK is one of the charities that I donate to regularly. I’m thrilled to see Meghan and Harry shining a light on this organization and those they help.
Thanks Lauri – I donate to WCK often myself – they are one of the top charities I donate to via the blog. – S
I think you’re right about Meghan wearing her bleusalt top.
I think so too. I have a couple of these and they have that slightly fuzzy look that her shirt seems to have in these photos. It’s definitely hard to tell for sure!
I think she is wearing Anine Bing Trent trousers, possibly also belt.
Also, last year there was a picture of her picking fruit in a black wrap dress. I think it is the Ciao Lucia (California brand) Maja dress
Hi L, We did look at the Anine Bing trousers and the belt loops on Meghan’s trousers appear to be a little more narrow verses the ones on the Trent style. I’d have to see if I can find any additional photos of her wearing the trousers for another look. I also thought the belt was Anine Bing but was on the fence with regards to the belt buckle. Thanks, Susan
