Harry & Meghan at Project Healthy Minds World Mental Health Day 2025 (Updated 10/18)

Today, Harry and Meghan, re-emerged into public view in New York City as participants in the Project Healthy Minds World Mental Health Day Festival 2025, following the pair’s high-profile appearance the preceding evening at the Gala. Their participation underscores the continuity and deepening of their mission: mental health advocacy in the technology era, youth well-being, and digital safety.

Harry opened the first session, titled “Thriving or Surviving: How Are Young People Doing in the Digital Age?”, declaring that “today is more than just about conversation — it’s about community.”

He elaborated on how the last five years exposed compounding crises that amplified mental health challenges—particularly among the youth. He noted that digital life has transformed how we live, exposing young people to persistent comparison, harassment, misinformation, and an “attention economy” that rewards engagement over rest and real connection.

The past five years have taught us painfully that crises rarely arrive in isolation,” he continued. “The global pandemic stripped away the ordinary scaffolding of life and brought a measurable surge in anxiety, depression and loss of connection.”

“Our digital world has fundamentally changed how we experience reality,” he said. “Young people exposed to relentless comparison, harassment, misinformation and an attention economy designed to keep us scrawling at the expense of sleep and real human contact.”

“Young people learning to navigate a digital world that wasn’t designed with their wellbeing. This is what we’ve discovered,” he added. “Maintaining good mental health isn’t just an individual challenge, it is a community responsibility. Approach this way, everybody wins. That’s what today is about.”

What we learned in these moments is that these parents, they didn’t just need therapy, they need the other parents who understood their very specific grief,” she continued. “And when they came together, they weren’t just sharing stories, they’re creating a movement. They turned their grief into advocacy, and when they let love fuel their fight for change, we saw tremendous impact.”

Now a look at What Meghan Wore for today’s event —

It looks like Meghan is wearing her Max Mara ‘Lilia’ Belted Long-Sleeved Coat in camel, $$6,590.

Meghan wore her Ralph Lauren Capri Relaxed Fit Striped Cotton Shirt in white and classic blue, $790.

She first wore the shirt to Wimbledon in 2018 and more recently for July 4th this year.

UPDATE 10/11: I have to correct myself — I got the pants ID wrong! Huge thanks to my follower, O, for catching that Meghan’s trousers have a button detail on the back and appear to have only one pleat, not a double. The pants are from Argent — Single Pleat Trouser
in Satin Twill, $325.

Her pants ARE NOT this style as I originally thought. These are a great get the look style from Ralph Lauren — Pleated Satin Charmeuse Wide-Leg Pant in Lauren Navy, $225.

Meghan wore her Manolo Blahnik ‘BB’ suede pumps in brown, $865—a pair she has worn on numerous occasions.

Her belt is also from Ralph Lauren — Lauren Slide-Buckle Leather Belt in ‘Cuoio’, $75.

UPDATE 10/18: I am so sorry, I forgot to include this in the initial post!

Meghan carried the Loro Piana ‘Loom’ bag L25 in Nougat/Warm Tan/Sun Gold (B567), $4,325 while she was walking into the event.

UPDATE 10/11: Meghan is wearing another pair of earrings from Ukrainian brand Guzema — Mini Sphere Earrings in yellow gold, $2850.

Meghan was also wearing the mystery pear shaped diamond ring we’ve seen her wearing recently (at the 805Live Concert event last month and while in Paris).

She had on a stack of bracelets as well which of course included the Cartier ‘Love’ bangle and the gold beaded cuff bracelet.

The gold disc or medallion bracelet on a “paper clip” style chain, which was first worn in April 2022 while in New York City, has not been identified.

I can also two more next to the gold disc one and one more next to her Cartier bracelet. I haven’t been able to see a clear photo of these. The one next to the Cartier looks like it could be some sort of cord bracelet – perhaps something for World Mental Health Day.

Meghan was also spotted in New York City yesterday.

I believe she may be wearing her Max Mara ‘Lilia’ Coat in black, $3,038.

I am unsure about the sweater and trousers she is wearing as we can’t see details. The pants could be Heidi Merrick but I will need to try and take a closer look.

Her shoes are most likely the Giorgio Armani Velvet court shoes with an asymmetric top line, $895.

She may also be wearing her Heidi Merrick Santa Barbara Frame Sunglasses in black, $225.

It looks like she is also wearing the Guzema — Mini Sphere Earrings in yellow gold, $2850.as well.
