The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have released an adorable new photo of Lilibet taken on her 1st birthday this past Saturday. The family celebrated with an intimate backyard picnic at Frogmore Cottage along with close friends and family and a cake by their wedding baker, Claire Ptak from East London’s Violet Bakery.

Harry and Meghan’s close friend and photographer, Misan Harriman, who attended Lilibet’s party with his wife and children took the “candid, spontaneous photograph that the Duke and Duchess are pleased to share today,” the spokesperson added.
You may recall Meghan and Harry’s pregnancy announcement photos taken by the photographer in February 2021.

Harry and Meghan shared their gratitude for all the birthday wishes and donations made in Lili’s honor.
“remain incredibly touched by the countless birthday wishes for their daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor,” the couple’s spokesperson said.
Below a photo of Meghan with Lili, Misan’s wife, Camilla Holmstroem and their daughters.

They were also thankful for the donations to World Central Kitchen in honor of Lili’s birthday.
The couple were “amazed to learn that people around the world made donations” amounting to over $100K to the World Central Kitchen (WCK) in her honor,” the spokesperson continued, adding that the couple “extended their gratitude to all who have shown support for the organization, which is especially near to their hearts.”
You can still donate in honor of Lilibet by clicking here.

World Central Kitchen provides meals in response to humanitarian, climate and community crisis, most recently in Uvalde, Texas, and Ukraine. If you would like to donate on your own, please go to World Central Kitchen donate by clicking here.
The couple were in the UK to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee this past weekend. This was Lili’s first time meeting her great-grandmother, the Queen.

UPDATE: A quick look at what Lili wore for those who have been asking.
It had been suggested that Lili wore the Amaia London – Angel Set Pale Blue Check, $122 (£95), but that’s not the case. The Amaia set is a very close match.

Another suggestion for Lili’s dress is this one from Isabel Garreton – Baby Girl’s Bishop Pique Dress which comes with a bonnet and diaper cover, $132.

Lili’s headband appears to be from Village Baby – the ‘Lily’ lace bow for babies, $7.99.

UPDATE 6/12: It has been suggested that Lili is wearing a cardigan from Petit Bateau – the babies’ organic cotton knitted cardigan, £39. Also available in the US here, $66.

It looks like she may also be wearing the Petit Bateau organic cotton gauze bloomers, £18. Available in the US, $38 here.

Thanks to Bojana on Twitter for the finds.
We will update the post should we find out any additional information.
Super cute. I was really hoping for a picture. She looks like Prince Harry. Maybe a little Meghan, but definitely her dad. World Central Kitchen donations are very much needed at this time.
She is so cute! This made my Monday. 😊 Lili somewhat resembles her cousin, August. I saw a photo of him with his parents over the weekend and the red hair and round little face came to mind when I saw Lili’s new photo. Eugenie’s (by way of mom Sarah) and Harry’s (by way of Diana) ginger genes are strong in these Windsor babies. Do we know if Beatrice’s little one has red hair too? Thanks for sharing these photos!
Wowsa she looks so different than in her Christmas card shot (granted, it was a black + white profile, so was kinda hard to see very well what she actually looked like) Just not what I imagined she’d look like. Love her little dress! Really reminds me of Princess Charlotte, especially with the little color-coordinated hair bow!
The Christmas card was not black and white. It was in colour.
Oh yeah I see that now, I’m sorry, I musta gotten confused with their older Christmas card that was b+w, or perhaps by looking at the new bday pic of Megan & baby…
Made my day! Do you happen to know what brand Lilibet’s dress is?
Hi Camille – we didn’t look for the dress. If it turns up we’ll let you know. Thanks, Susan
