Season 2, Episode 5 — “Spice Up Your Life” finds Meghan welcoming Jay Shetty and Radhi Devlukia for an afternoon rooted in mindful living, vegan cooking, and Ayurvedic inspiration. Fashion-wise, this episode is loaded with relaxed, polished separates, soft textures, and those clean lines Meghan favors for daytime hosting. Below, I’m breaking down every look from the episode—piece by piece.

Earrings: Ariel Gordon Royal Signet studs, $365
Pink Ring: Meghan accessorized with a signet-style ring engraved with the Sussex Royal monogram. While the brand is unknown, it could possibly be from Bentley & Skinner, the historic London jeweler known for crafting monogrammed pieces for the British Royal Family. She wears the ring consistently throughout the episode, adding a subtle personal touch to her look.
In this episode we spotted the blue olive oil bottle that Meghan used in her recent Instagram Reels post. It is a custom, hand-made serving bottle from Firestick Pottery in Ojai, California. The bottle is not available online for purchase.
