Meghan made a private visit to the Mayhew in early January to see the progress they’ve made.
While there, Meghan and staff members spoke about the Mayhew’s upcoming work and the year ahead.
Below, the Duchess met German Shepherd, Khan who’s been with Mayhew’s Pet Refuge project, which provides care for pets of people in crisis.
She also toured the facility’s new kennels which were unveiled at the end of last year.

Meghan wore her Massimo Dutti handmade navy wool coat, $399.
She also had on a new shirt from Misha Nonoo. It is the Husband Shirt in blue stripe, $185.
We’re thinking that Meghan also wore her Dean Davidson, Signature Midi Knockout earrings, $150.
We’re also thinking Meghan wore her suetables zodiac pendant. She owns the brand’s Vanessa Coin Zodiac Charm, $159, in Archie’s zodiac sign, Taurus, as well as her own zodiac sign, Leo. The one she is wearing may indeed be her own zodiac sign of Leo on what looks like a 16″ chain. We show both zodiac signs below.
Meghan wore the brand’s, ‘Shirley’ charm in 10k gold, $79, as well while visiting military families in Windsor back in November. Suetables has confirmed that she has worn this charm in Harry’s zodiac sign, Virgo on either a 14″ or 16″ chain. We show Harry’s sign, below, in the ‘Shirley’ charm style and the second image of a model wearing the three chain lengths.
Meghan had on a gold bangle bracelet. It is very similar to some vintage styles I’ve seen from Tiffany & Co.

I also love her earrings- so delicate and dainty, and I love any kind of opalescent gem. Are the opal or moonstone, or something else?
I tend to think the Misha Noonoo shirts are very overrated and overpriced, but I appreciate that Meghan is loyal to her friend. I just think a woman could walk into any store and buy a man’s shirt, and it would look the same, for about $120.00 less. I wear my husband’s button-downs, and the slim-fit kind work really well.
Meghan looks so beautiful with very little effort. Thank you for your continuing coverage of my favorite Royal. I am even more interested to see where she will go with her fashions now that she is a ‘ regular ‘ person again.
