Confessions of a Female Founder, Meghan’s new podcast with Lemonada Media, made a powerhouse debut last week—and the numbers say it all.
Premiering on April 8, the series quickly climbed the charts, hitting #2 on Apple Podcasts’ Top Shows and claiming the #1 spot in the business category. Over on Spotify, it ranked #2 in U.S. business podcasts and cracked the Top 20 overall. It’s also trending on Amazon Music’s Business charts, proving Meghan’s latest venture is resonating across platforms.
Have you listened to Meghan’s podcast this week? In the second episode of Confessions of a Female Founder, Meghan sat down with American lawyer and Girls Who Code founder Reshma Saujani for a personal conversation about loss, resilience, and the strength it takes to step back.

Reflecting on her own miscarriage in 2020, Meghan spoke with honesty and grace about “learning to let something go” and the quiet courage required to pause when life demands it. The two women connected over shared experiences of pregnancy loss and the emotional toll it can take—especially while building something bigger than yourself.
Meghan also highlighted how vital it is for women, especially founders, to prioritize their well-being:
“There is no way to continue to show up and role-model for these young women… if you are not doing it with complete authenticity.”
It was a raw, real, and moving moment—one that reminds us how healing can begin with honest conversation.
If you haven’t had a chance to tune in yet, you can catch the first two episodes on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Now, let’s talk style—because Meghan continues to deliver.

For a behind-the-scenes look at her podcast, I’m 99% positive Meghan wore a cozy-chic sweater from Brochu Walker – The Everyday Cashmere Bright Crew, $398 (she included the style in Navy on her ShopMy page recently). She kept it casual and practical with her Ello ‘Jane’ 18oz Ceramic Travel Mug, $15, in hand and finished the look with her Freda Salvador ‘Eda’ D’orsay sneakers with shearling sneakers.$350.

Heidi Merrick reached out thinking Meghan was wearing their ‘Daily’ sweater in the photo. While it turns out that it’s not the same piece, I am almost certain Meghan owns the sweater. Hopefully, we’ll see her wear it soon—it’s a beautiful piece and would be a perfect fit for her effortless style.
Heidi Merrick ‘Daily’ cashmere sweater in Antique Cream, $295

This next photo is from the As Ever site. Somehow I missed including it in previous posts.

In the photo above, Meghan is wearing a blue and white striped linen shirt and white jeans. I have not yet been able to identify the shirt or the jeans. Below are some options to get the look.
Anine Bing ‘Plaza’ cotton shirt, $239 / Polo Ralph Lauren Classic-Fit Striped Linen Shirt, $128 / H&M linen shirt, $33 / Banana Republic Factory Classic Poplin Shirt, now $28

Mother Dazzler mid-rise jeans, $218 / J.Crew slim jeans in white, $128 / GAP High Rise ’90s Straight Jeans, $53 (now $32) / Banana Republic Factory Mid-Rise Slim Jean, Now $40 with an extra 20% off – $32

Her necklace is the Logan Hollowell, Call On Your Angels Diamond Angel Eye Coin Necklace, $5775.

She first wore the pendant back in November 2024 at the Highbrow Hippie launch.

As promised, I’m continuing to spotlight women-owned and/or sustainable brands in each of my posts—and this week, I’m highlighting the eco-friendly brand Ello (partially because I recently spotted Meghan using their chic Jane travel mug!).

Ello, a subsidiary of Leapfrog Brands and headquartered in Chicago, creates reusable food and beverage containers designed to replace single-use plastic—because being kind to the planet should still look good.

The company’s mission?
“To replace single-use food and beverage containers with products that help you feel good and look good.”

Ello proudly lives by its “Safe. Clean. Green.” mantra. Their thoughtfully designed products are made with mixed materials like stainless steel, wood, bamboo, silicone, and Tritan plastic—all selected with both sustainability and style in mind. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or storing leftovers, you can do it guilt-free and in good taste.
Beyond their products, Ello is committed to making a difference through their social impact program, which supports both local and global environmental and social initiatives. Plus, all of their products come with a lifetime warranty—a rare and refreshing promise in today’s market.

They even offer a little culinary inspiration with recipes on their site!
I actually purchased the Jane ceramic travel mug myself (seen above), and I absolutely love it—sleek, sturdy, and perfect for my morning coffee (or As Ever tea!) on the go.
You can shop the full collection on Ello’s website or via Amazon. Cheers to sustainability—and great style.
Finally, I continue to update the With Love, Meghan housewares post here with new finds. I know some of you have asked in the comments if I can find various items and I’ll continue to try and find these things as time permits.

Duchess Meghan is an accomplished, productive, and very influential woman. With all her 2025 projects and how she’s influenced culture in 2025 (Le Creuset, anyone?), I definitely think she should’ve been on Time 100’s list this year. That being said, being a keynote speaker is a great honor as well. Love her! ♥️♥️♥️
