Here’s our look at what Meghan wore for this afternoon’s meetings.

The Duchess wore a skirt from Roland Mouret — ‘Arreton’ Back-Zip Wool Crepe Pencil Skirt, $725.
UPDATE 11/9: Meghan wore a skirt from Lafayette 148 New York. The brand confirmed that she wore their Rafferty Wool Pencil Skirt, $398 (Now $150).
The skirt is crafted in 100% wool and has a seamed high waistband.

The Duchess wore the same jewelry from this morning’s event with the exception of her earrings and an additional bracelet that we noticed.
UPDATE 11/17: Meghan wore a new pair of earrings – a diamond bar bypass style.
We were thinking they might possibly be from Adina Reyter, however the brand confirmed with us that they are not from their collection.
After some searching, we think the Duchess wore this pair by New York-based jeweler Mateo — The Mini Diamond Bar bypass studs in 14k gold, $325. They are also available at FarFetch here.
Here are some other suggestions: The Adina Reyter Pavé Diamond Crossover Bar Stud Earrings in gold, $398, Nicole HD white and black ‘Tetris’ stud earrings, $280 and the Michele Lynn Jewelers white and black double bar earrings, $390.
The Cartier tank watch (Princess Diana), Jennifer Meyer 18k gold bezel tennis bracelet ($3000), Cartier ‘Love’ bracelet and Princess Diana’s diamond tennis bracelet.
It has been reported that the couple are staying at the Carlyle Hotel as they had drinks with friend Misha Nonoo and her husband, Mikey Heiss, at the hotel’s Bemelmans Bar.
We expect to see more of the couple tomorrow for additional engagements and again on Saturday for the Global Citizen’s Festival. Check back here or on our social media accounts for updates and all the details!

I think the outfit under the coat is so well put together and I absolutely love the asymmetrical heels. Considering the heat, she could’ve gone without the coat so we could get a better look at the fit. Also, in some pictures I noticed a hint of green in the black outfit. It could just be the lighting but I think the subtle pop of color looks really good paired with that neutral toned bag

This coat is awful. Not just on Meghan, but in general. From the photos it looks like the sleeves are really strangely done—there is no shoulder seam on the front, which is leaving a big mess of extra fabric between the shoulders and the chest. Even the super-skinny model looks swamped by it. And so much extra fabric in the back . . . I have broad shoulders like Meghan and women with our shoulders need to be very particular with shoulder tailoring to avoid looking even broader. And when you’re short-waisted too, the last thing you want is blousy wads of fabric creating visual width. Seriously I don’t know how any designer gets away with charging that kind of money for a coat that would make most mere mortals look swamped. There’s no tailoring to it. And don’t get me started on the folded-back sleeves . . . and the fact of actually wearing this coat out of season . . .

I agree as well. Meghan looks so good in these professional outfits but the lack of tailoring throws me off sometimes as well.

80 degrees and humid in Manhattan yesterday. I know because I live here.. Both outfits she wore yesterday were way, way too warm.

Doesn’t she look happy! So good to see.

Nice outfit. Too bad she didn’t get the sleeves on the beautiful camel coat shortened. The way they are unevenly folded back distracts from what would otherwise be a very polished and professional look. Meghan never seems to get it quite right….close but missing the mark.

Laura you are so right. Often her clothing is too long or swallows her. To spend all of that money on really beautiful pieces and then not take the time to have them correctly altered is just something I have never understood.
I will say though that when she gets it right (everything fitting properly) then she looks wonderful. It is a shame she is such an attractive woman.

I agree Laura. She is so articulate and graceful. The fit of her clothes is almost always off (in my very humble opinion). You can just SEE it, although it’s very subtle. It’s always been a bit of a mystery to me.
