During day three of their Australia visit, Meghan and Harry kicked things off with a more casual start—a walking tour through Melbourne’s natural landscape..

The outing brought them face-to-face with local community members, conservation advocates, and organizations focused on environmental stewardship.

According to coverage from BBC News, the visit highlighted ongoing conversations around sustainability and mental well-being—two causes that have long been central to both Meghan and Harry’s work.
It wasn’t just a scenic stroll; it was an opportunity to spotlight the importance of preserving natural spaces and the role they play in supporting healthier communities.
There’s always been something intentional about how this couple approaches these visits.
And then, of course, there was what Meghan wore.

She wore a simple white T-shirt featuring a red heart and the word “Mama,” a piece that carries deeper meaning. The shirt supports the Alliance of Moms, an organization dedicated to helping expectant and parenting youth within Los Angeles’ foster care system.
The group was co-founded by Meghan’s close friend, Kelly McKee Zajfen, who welcomed a baby boy on March 26—four years after the heartbreaking loss of her son, George, at age 9 due to COVID-19 and viral meningitis. In his memory, Zajfen launched the organization’s first T-shirt campaign, with Meghan later lending her support by appearing in the 2024 “Love Like a Mother” campaign.
All Mama, All Heart T-Shirt (2026), $40 – all sales made directly support the work of the Alliance of Moms.

Meghan wore jeans from Australian-based brand Rolla’s – Midtown Boot Jeans in Iris Blue, $169. More sizes available with additional sizes can be pre-ordered on the Rollo site here.

Meghan’s coat is from Australian-based brand Friends of Frank – The Lou Coat, $599.

Her sneakers are the Freda Salvador Eda d’orsay, $289 now $238 (use code WHATMEGHANWORE10 for 10% off). She has worn the sneakers previously in 2025.

The Duchess brought back a pair of earrings we’ve seen her wear before — the Natalie Marie Sun Studs, $1,247. Meghan wore the earrings while visiting Australia in 2018 and during the With Love, Meghan series.

The Duchess also wore her Logan Hollowell Constellation rings – Leo and Virgo (for her and Harry).
