Harry and Meghan’s Holiday Card with First Glimpse of Lili!

We finally got our first glimpse of six-month-old Lilibet Diana, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s daughter, in the couple’s family Christmas card – complete with a barefoot Harry, a stylish Meghan, and a redheaded Archie!

The card was released on behalf of the organization Team Rubicon.

The card’s message, released by the Archewell Foundation team, reads —

This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, to the world. Archie made us a ‘Mama’ and a ‘Papa,’ and Lili made us a family. As we look forward to 2022, we have made donations on your behalf to several organizations that honor and protect families – from those being relocated from Afghanistan, to American families in need of parental leave.”

The couple listed a number of charities they donated today including; Team Rubicon, Welcome.US, Human First Coalition, Humanity Crew, Paid Leave For All, PL+US and Marshall Plan for Moms.

The photo was taken by longtime Sussex-loved photographer Alexi Lubomirski, who also photographed Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018. In the photo, Harry – barefoot and in ripped denim – smiles broadly as he looks at baby Lili while holding Archie, himself in denim and a white button up shirt (and that gorgeous red hair!). Lili is in white and beaming as she’s held up by mom Meghan, who stuns in a long-sleeved sweater, denim jeans, and what we’re thinking are her Chanel beige and black flats, which can barely be seen in the picture.

This is Harry and Meghan’s fourth Christmas together as a married couple and third as a family. In 2018, their card featured an image from their wedding reception at Frogmore House; in 2019, we caught a glimpse of then seven-month-old Archie front and center as his parents laughed behind him in a black-and-white snap; and last year, the Sussex card featured an illustration of a photo taken by Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, of the couple, Archie, and their two dogs, Pula and Guy.

UPDATE! Meghan wore a navy black turtleneck sweater with denim jeans and what we’re thinking may be her Chanel ballet flats in beige with the black toe cap.

At first glance we thought she might be wearing her Giuliva Heritage turtleneck sweater first worn in New York back in September until we took a closer look at the cuffs. The close up image below of the sweater sleeve reveals a heavier ribbed cuff and slight ribbing in the sweater itself.

Upon closer look at higher res images, we are now thinking that the Duchess is wearing a black mock turtleneck sweater.

We have one additional update. Meghan was seen out doing some shopping in Montecito just before Christmas (15 December). We will not be sharing any photos here or a link to the photos (we don’t support the tabloids that published the photos). However, we do have some information on what she wore.

Her coat is the Anine Bing – the ‘Hunter’ coat in brown, $699. Also available at Bloomingdale’s here. Meghan wore the coat in ivory when she was on The Ellen Show in November (below, right).

Meghan’s boots are from Giuliva Heritage. The brand confirmed that they are their ‘Noemia’ 70 boots, €1,040 ($1176 US).

The Duchess had on a brown dress or skirt under her coat. We caught a glimpse of the piece and it appears to have a slit in the front on the left side. Below are two suggestions.

From Cuyana – the Dolman sleeve dress in brown, $135.

From Anine Bing – the Dolly silk slip skirt in brown, $299.

She carried her Bottega Veneta ‘Intrecciato’ long black leather wallet (first seen in NYC, September 2021). The wallet is no longer available.

Her sunglasses were also a repeat wear — Valentino – Round Acetate Sunglasses with Mini Rockstuds, $292. Shown below, left, on the Duchess in NYC, September 2021.

No further information yet on her beanie. It is a camel/tan knit. There is a J. Crew cashmere one that is similar but the ribbing doesn’t match exactly to the one Meghan is wearing. It is a great #replimeg though and can be found here. Another thought is that the hat might be from Aritzia or Hat Attack (two other brands the Duchess favors).
