Harry and Meghan continued their unwavering support for the Invictus Games by attending the thrilling Wheelchair Basketball preliminary match between Ukraine and Australia today. Not only did they cheer on the inspiring athletes, but Meghan also made a style statement that showcased her impeccable fashion sense.
Wheelchair Basketball is one of the most exhilarating events, demonstrating incredible skill, teamwork, and resilience. Athletes navigate the court with remarkable agility and precision, showcasing their determination to excel in the face of adversity. It’s a testament to the human spirit’s capacity to overcome challenges and achieve greatness.
As Harry and Meghan watched the Wheelchair Basketball action unfold, their support for the athletes was evident. Their cheers and applause echoed through the stadium, a testament to their genuine admiration for the competitors’ strength and resilience.

Now our look at what Meghan wore for today’s event.
Meghan’s outfit for the event perfectly encapsulated her signature style—a blend of sophistication and comfort.

She sported a new J.Crew V-neck blazer sweater, a choice that combined elegance with a casual edge. The classic blazer silhouette added a touch of refinement to her look.
J. Crew Giselle V-neck sweater blazer with contrast trim, $158.

To complement the blazer, Meghan opted for Staud shorts, demonstrating her knack for mixing high and low fashion effortlessly. These shorts provided both comfort and style, reflecting her ability to make practical fashion choices that never compromise on elegance.
Staud Luisa short in Oat Milk, $175. Also available at Nordstrom here and Saks here.

Meghan completed her ensemble with Chanel flats, a nod to timeless luxury. The flats offered both comfort and sophistication, allowing her to move freely while exuding an air of timeless chic.
Chanel Goatskin & GrosgrainBeige & Black, $1050.

If you want a more affordable version of Meghan’s flats, try these – Adrizzlein Womens Slingback Flat Pumps, $60.

UPDATE: Meghan’s leaf earrings are from Luna Skye, as confirmed by the brand. She is wearing the brand’s 14kt gold large baguette diamond leaf studs, $2550.

Initially were told that Meghan’s earrings were from Anita Ko, the Classic Palm Leaf Studs, $8200. As you can see, the earrings are very similar and Meghan has worn the brand previously. Our apologies for any confusion!
Her belt is the Givenchy double-G that we’ve seen her wear previously. The belt is no longer available.

Later in the day, the couple graced the Invictus Games Swimming Finals with their presence. Meghan’s outfit also grabbed the spotlight. Her casual yet chic style was on full display, featuring a black sleeveless top, black Frame jeans, black pumps and later changing into a pair of stylish Hermes ‘Get’ sneakers.

As Harry and Meghan cheered on the incredible athletes, their support was palpable. Their presence at the event highlighted their commitment to honoring and celebrating the resilience and determination of the competitors.

Harry and Meghan stopped by the Kids’ Zone at Merkus Spiel-Arena before heading into the event.
For this event, Meghan started off wearing a white blazer, black jeans, black top and black suede pumps.

UPDATE: Meghan’s ivory white blazer is from Celine – the 2-button classic blazer in ivory, ÂŁ1350 (no longer available).

Initially the white blazer was suggested to be from SPRWMN – white poplin oversized blazer, $795 now $636 – However upon closer look at the jacket the following day, it was identified as the Celine. Apologies for the confusion. This is also a great jacket and Meghan recently wore the brand.

The Duchess’ black sleeveless top is from J. Crew – the cashmere crewneck shell, $98.

Meghan’s jeans are from Frame. We think they are the Le Color Crop in Film Noir, $208. The jeans are also available at Saks here, Bloomingdales here, and Nordstrom here ($184).

It appears Meghan may be wearing her Aquazzura Purist pump in black suede, $633.

Later on she hanged into a pair of Herme’s sneakers – the ‘Get’ style, $790.

Meghan also carried the Celine Folco Cuir Triomphe In Smooth Calfskin. $2,200.

We will be back again tomorrow for more coverage. We’ll leave you with this beautiful photo of Harry and Meghan.
Nice to see her mix and match more affordable pieces with higher priced items. I heard that long sweater crashed J Crew’s website lol, they weren’t prepared for Meghan Mania. I personally love the shorts, it’s a sports competition not a night at the opera and in theme with the athletic/casual vibe of the event. I think the shorts outfit was one of my favorite outfits she wore during Invictus.
Meghan looks relax and happy. Her outfits are looks fresh, comfortable and looks like her.
Is that Diana’s watch I wonder?
Hi Lys,
Yes, Meghan has been wearing Diana’s Cartier tank watch in all gold for some time now. It’s why we haven’t included it in our recent posts as it’s become a piece she wears every day. She also wears her Cartier ‘Love’ bracelet regularly. Hope this helps. Thanks, Susan
Thank you! I knew she recieved it, but ya never know!
SO GLAD SHE’S BACK IN ACTION! HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FASHUN FUN!
I like both outfits. I am on the fence as to whether or not the shorts were an appropriate choice. Personally, I think pants would have been a better choice. I like that she has chosen mostly affordable pieces to wear. I like the casual vibe of the outfits, because they fit in with the event. No need to wear a formal outfit to the games. I am looking forward to seeing what she will wear next. Thank you for putting this post together.
I have to agree on shorts
