Just months after her royal wedding, Meghan celebrated her 37th birthday attending the wedding of Prince Harry’s close friend Charlie van Straubenzee. She wore a Club Monaco dress with a color-blocked pleated skirt—chic, understated, and perfect for a summer wedding. Though no public appearance marked her 38th birthday, it’s believed Meghan celebrated privately at Frogmore Cottage. The Sussexes were newly minted parents, and Meghan kept things under the radar—but royal fans will remember the sweet Instagram post from Harry, featuring a radiant photo of Meghan from their South Africa tour, captioned simply: “Happy Birthday to my amazing wife. Thank you for joining me on this adventure!”

August 4, 2020 – Power Pose from Home

Celebrating her 39th birthday during the pandemic, Meghan made headlines for her support of charitable causes rather than a fashion-forward outing. Still, she looked sharp and modern in a camel-colored silk blouse and minimal jewelry during virtual appearances. The look was pure Meghan: sophisticated, unfussy, and confident.

August 4, 2021 – 40×40 Initiative in Chic Neutrals

To mark her 40th birthday, Meghan launched the 40×40 initiative with a comedic video featuring actress Melissa McCarthy and a cameo by Prince Harry juggling in the background (yes, really!). She wore a white tank and matching knit cardigan by CO Collection.

A spokesperson for the Sussexes stated that the couple were celebrating Meghan’s birthday privately with friends and family for her 41st birthday.

August 4, 2023 – Feminine and Fresh

In the days around her 42nd birthday, Meghan was photographed leaving a dinner at Tre Lune restaurant in Montecito wearing a black and white strapless dress by Posse paired with her signature sleek bun and strappy sandals from Emme Parsons. It was classic Meghan—sophisticated, effortless, and a little playful.

In a photo shared to Highbrow Hippie on Instagram by Meghan’s hair colorist, Kadi Lee – Meghan is shown with Kadi and author, Cleo Wade for a little birthday celebration. Spotted on Meghan’s neck is the Ariel Gordon ‘Imperial Disc’ pendant necklace, starting at $2026.

August 4, 2024 – Celebrated Privately

While Meghan turned 43 in 2024, no public sightings or photos were shared from her birthday. The day appeared to be spent privately with family and friends—very much in keeping with the Duchess’s preference for meaningful, low-key celebrations in recent years.
