Meghan brought a little something sweet—and effortlessly chic—to our Instagram feeds on Sunday.
In a new video shared by As Ever, the Duchess of Sussex prepared one of her favorite warm-weather desserts: a raspberry shortbread ice cream sundae.

“Adding this to our summer menu 🍨,” the brand captioned the post. “Meghan’s favorite ice cream sundae with Raspberry Spread, vanilla ice cream, crumbled shortbread, and Flower Sprinkles.”

It is simple enough to make at home but still has that unmistakable Meghan touch—taking an everyday treat and making it look just a little more special.
The dessert combines several As Ever favorites in one very summery bowl:
- Vanilla ice cream
- As Ever Raspberry Spread
- Crumbled shortbread
- As Ever Flower Sprinkles

To recreate it, begin with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream, spoon the raspberry spread generously over the top, add pieces of crumbled shortbread and finish with a scattering of flower sprinkles.
The raspberry spread adds a bright, fruity contrast to the creamy vanilla ice cream, while the shortbread brings a welcome bit of buttery crunch. The flower sprinkles provide the final decorative flourish, turning a classic sundae into something perfectly suited to a summer lunch, garden party or casual family dessert.

For the video, Meghan embraced one of her most trusted warm-weather formulas: head-to-toe white linen.
The Duchess wore a relaxed all-white ensemble that felt light, unfussy and perfectly at home in the California sunshine. Linen has long been an important part of Meghan’s off-duty wardrobe, and this outfit showed exactly why. The fabric creates an easy, natural silhouette while still looking polished—provided no one comes within ten feet of you holding tomato sauce.
A closer look at what Meghan wore in the video.

Meghan’s top is from Reformation — ‘Tate’ linen top in white, $168.

The white skirt she’s wearing is likely her POSSE ‘Emma’ skirt in ivory, $320.

Reformation offers a similar style—the Lydia Linen Skirt, $198.

Meghan accessorized her look with a Tokyo tortoise shell wide headband. The closest match I could find was the C.O. Bigelow Tokyo Headband by Charles Wahba, $40. This is the famous Carolyn Bessett Kennedy headband that has recently become popular again.

France Luxe 1 1/2″ Ultracomfort Headband – French Classic, $76, is the same as the C.O. Bigelow headband.

J.Crew had a wide Tokyo tortoise style in their spring 2025 collection last year (about $30). It’s very well possible that she may have picked it up from the brand.

Here are some other options to get the look.
Tortoise Shell Headband with Teeth, 1.5in No Slip, $19 / Kitsch Tort Wide Headband, $7.80

Meghan’s sunglasses are the Balenciaga BB0323SK 002 in black with gold, $317.

Meghan was once again wearing the mysterious pear-shaped gemstone ring along with another mystery ring. I still haven’t learned anything new about this ring or the new one.

If you are looking for a great dupe of this ring to get the look try this one from Electric Picks—Kennedy Ring, $88.

If you are interested in the houseware items she uses in the video I’ve included them below.
The glasses she uses for the ice cream are the Soho Home Barwell Cut Crystal Champagne Coupe.

The mini gold tone spoon she uses is the Jam Spoon with Fruit Charm in the Cherry Jelly style, $7.50 ea, The spoons come in three styles – Pineapple Preserves, Cherry Jelly and Strawberry Jam.

Thanks to Sitting by the Pond – StarStyle for this find!
I will leave you with this video from Meghan’s Instagram story on Sunday. She is wearing her Garden Heir Italian Garden Clogs in Caramel, $78. She also owns a similar style from Crocs—’Dylan’ clogs in cognac, $41.

She has such luxe and beautiful jewelry taste; I hope we find out more about the ring – dazzling
