There are some visits that quietly leave a lasting impression—and Meghan created exactly that kind of moment when she stopped by the Creative Oasis at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles this week.

Today, the Los Angeles native spent time with patients at CHLA’s Creative Oasis, sitting down alongside them to paint, chat, and simply share a little creative joy. The visit was part of the hospital’s annual Make March Matter campaign, a month-long fundraising effort supporting the lifesaving care, groundbreaking research, and innovation taking place at the hospital every day.

For the children in attendance, the afternoon wasn’t about titles or headlines. It was about color palettes, paintbrushes, and a chance to create something together. Moments like these—simple, joyful, and heartfelt—can have a powerful impact, reminding everyone involved how creativity can foster connection, comfort, and healing.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles has been doing just that for 125 years, serving as a beacon of hope for families across the region. Programs like the Creative Oasis give young patients a place to express themselves, relax, and momentarily step away from the challenges of medical treatment.

This isn’t Meghan’s first time supporting CHLA. In fact, she has visited the hospital on several occasions over the years, quietly spending time with patients and staff.

Her connection to the hospital also includes attending the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Gala, one of the organization’s most important annual fundraising events. The gala brings together supporters from across the community to help fund vital programs and care for children in need.

It’s clear that supporting children’s health and wellbeing remains close to Meghan’s heart, particularly in her hometown of Los Angeles.
Her latest visit also highlights the mission of Make March Matter, which encourages the community to get involved throughout the month. Supporters can make a difference simply by shopping, dining, or attending events hosted by participating businesses, with proceeds benefiting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Every small action helps ensure that CHLA can continue providing the extraordinary care that families rely on.
I also support Children’s Hospital Los Angeles personally and make it a point to donate several times throughout the year. Last year, I purchased the “Benny” bracelet, a beautiful collaboration between Raine Jewelry and actress Nikki DeLoach. The delicate heart bracelet was inspired by Nikki’s son, Bennett, who was born with multiple congenital heart defects and underwent life-saving open-heart surgery at CHLA when he was just five days old.

The design is intentionally meaningful—the small heart represents both the fragility and incredible resilience of children facing serious medical challenges, while the bracelet itself serves as a reminder of the courage of families navigating those moments. All proceeds from the bracelet benefit Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Nikki—who serves on the hospital’s Board of Trustees—has been a passionate advocate for the lifesaving work CHLA does for children and families every day.
The bracelet comes in sterling silver or 14k gold filled – THE BENNY BRACELET x Raine Jewelry, $125 (all proceeds donated to CHLA).

A quick look at what Meghan wore for her visit.

Meghan is wearing her Heidi Merrick ‘Finny’ cardigan in ivory, $255 (xtra small is the only size left currently). She first wore the sweater in season 2 of With Love, Meghan.

I’m not sure which pants she is wearing. They could be the H&M pair that she wore on With Love, Meghan or something else.
Meghan also had on a white tank top that appears to be her CO Sweater Tank in Ivory Cashmere, $385 (no longer available). She first wore the top in August 2021 for her 40th birthday.

It looks like the Cartier watch has made a return – that seemed to have been missing from regular rotation since September 2025. I think the pants might be the Veronica Beard Marbeau trousers based on the waistband, and she’s also wearing what at least resemble her Pippa Small Herkimer Diamond Earrings.
Hi O, I didn’t see the waistband of the trousers in any of the photos. Just a slight bit of what looks like a straight pocket possibly on the front. Earrings are so blurry – the Pippa Small is a good guess! – Thanks, Susan
