The Duke and Duchess of Sussex continued their Colombian adventure with a night of culture and dance.
For the evening, Meghan turned heads once again wearing a vibrant pink midi dress by Johanna Ortiz. The dress featured intricate embroidered detailing in raspberry and gold, adding a touch of elegance. The diamond-shaped chest cutout showcased her delicate collarbones, while the spaghetti straps accentuated her shoulders. She paired the dress with brown Jimmy Choo sandals and a sparkling gold Cartier necklace along with a vintage cocktail ring.
Prince Harry looked dapper in a beige suit, which he paired with a light blue dress shirt and brown moccasins. His casual yet refined look complemented Meghan’s vibrant outfit.
The couple attended a performance at the National Centre for the Arts in Bogotá, where they enjoyed a variety of musical and dance acts. The highlight of the evening was an intimate dance session with locals, where Meghan and Harry showcased their moves and connected with the community.
Following the cultural event, the Duke and Duchess attended a summit on internet safety. This important topic aligns with the Archewell Foundation’s mission to promote safer digital environments for young people. The summit featured panels discussing online harms, the tech landscape, and the future of responsible technology.
Below, Colombia’s vice-President Francia Marquez (3rd L) and her partner Yerney Pinillo (2nd L) stand next to Prince Harry, Meghan, Colombian Culture Minister, Juan David Correa (L), the director of the National Centre for the Arts, Xiomara Suescun (R), and dancers during a visit to the centre in Bogota.
Our look at Meghan’s outfit below.

Meghan wore a maxi dress from Cali, Colombia based designer Johanna Ortiz dress – the ‘Navajo Weaver’ metallic tweed maxi dress in burgundy, $2150.

Meghan has worn several other similar style dresses from the brand – recently in May 2024 while in Nigeria and in May 2023.

Her shoes are from Jimmy Choo – Etana Mule 50 Leather Sandal, reg. $875 now $570 on Gilt. Some sizes available on Bergdorf’s at the full price, $875.

Meghan wore a vintage ring we have not seen before. It is the Vintage High Tea 14K Yellow Gold Coral Bead Diamond Center Flower Ring, $1250.

Thanks to Mary of Meghan’s Closet Chronicles for the ring ID!
The Duchess also wore her Lavin vintage earrings – the ‘Arpege Sleeper Hoops’ (no longer available), along with her Cartier ‘Juste Un Clou’ necklace, ‘Love’ bracelet and Tank watch again.

We will be back tomorrow with the couple’s second day of events in Colombia. The Sussexes will meet with students in Bogotá to discuss the importance of emotional well-being in education. Additionally, a luncheon with Vice President Francia Márquez is on the agenda, followed by a gathering with Colombian Invictus Games competitors. Be sure to join us here and on our social media accounts!
BONUS! What Harry Wore!
Harry wore his Loro Piana – cotton silk and linen jersey jacket, $2,350 and Loro Piana Men’s Summer Walk Suede Loafers in Light Woodsmoke, $980. He first wore the trouser and shoes while the couple were visiting Nigeria back in May.

We think Meghan and Harry look very happy! Meghan’s look is stunning and we love that she is wearing our Vintage Magnality Vintage High Tea Coral & Diamond Ring!
Such a stunning dress! I love when clothes are art. And I love her hair down and flowing with pinkish lipstick. She’s so lean, which is not needed for my approval 🙂 , but as such she can wear these beautiful designs.
Johanna Ortiz hadn’t really won me over until this dress! Besides the diplomatic nod as the designer is Colombian, this is such a fun, beautiful dress, perfect for watching a cultural display, she fit right in with the bold dancers. The mules are also exquisite and complements this adorable outfit completely!
Another absolute dazzling dress from this designer. I loved the gold version, and this one with the burgundy/pink/gold print is show-stoppingly beautiful. WOW!!
Meghan and Harry both look fabulous. And looking happy and glowing as well. I’m so pleased for them. Columbia is certainly giving them a warm and wonderful welcome.
I’m enjoying this visit/tour/trip so much!
This dress is gorgeous on Meghan. The fit, fabric and colors are lovely. Her shoe choices are always interesting and I have found new brands thanks to Meghan.
Caroline/Gail – In looked at the weather for Bogota, yesterday it was in the 60s – around 66-67 degrees. Today it is due to be around 68 degrees there. It’s close to about the same weather as Santa Barbara has been having in the low 70s. While that seems chilly for some, it’s still pretty warm. I would’ve wanted a light sweater over a dress like that. Then again, I don’t know if the buildings they are in are warmer or cooler and that has something to do with it or she doesn’t mind it at all. It is due to be in the low 70s and sunny this weekend. Meanwhile I’m sitting here in 90 degree heat in New Jersey! LOL – Susan
Pretty dress and I would have liked it if she was visiting a city on the beach or tropical climate, but it is completely inadequate for the climate in Bogota. The city sits in a valley surrounded by high Andes mountains which makes the city rather cold, a fact unknown to many. It’s a rather sophisticated city, a mini version of NYC, so I am rather confused by her choice of attire. I think one should do some reading about the host country for things like this so as to align with the customs, including clothing.
Interesting. I didn’t know that about Bogota.
Meghan does seem to like this style of dress a lot and I think it looks fantastic on her here. The colors are perfect (and complement Prince Harry too!). But it is once again striking that she is showing so much skin, when everyone else is not. Maybe the cold does not bother her as much?
Translation:
When you look closely at the videos, you see others in light outfits and then everyone does as they feel, the most important thing is that it remains decent and Meghan is always decent. And why be cold instead? She did not show signs of shivering and did not become ill.
Meghan looks absolutely stunning in this dress! I love the colors and the pattern! And the shoes are just gorgeous!
Two wonderful and gorgeous people. Wishing them peace and happiness inspite of all the negativity thrown at them by miserable and jealous human beings. May God continue to bless them and their two kids abundantly.
English Translation: “I share your comment, they are magnificent and charming, in my opinion it is natural and innate, a bit like the charm of the late Lady Di; which is why it bothers some people.
But they have a lot of people behind them who love and support them, so we are Happy with capital H.
I wish them great openness and success in their various projects.”
So glad she is highlighting a Columbian fashion designer.. She looks fantastic and Harry complements her so well.
Love her dress and shoes! Meghan looks lovely, and Harry looks good too.
