Misan Harriman has released the full-color original photograph he captured of Meghan and Harry for their pregnancy announcement of Lili in 2021.
This comes in response to accusations made by both The Daily Mail and The Sun, alleging that Harriman, a renowned photographer and close associate of the Sussexes, had admitted to manipulating the portrait the couple used to announce Meghan’s pregnancy in 2021. However, Harriman has vehemently denied these allegations in a video he posted earlier today.
The original black-and-white version of the photo was shared back in February 2021.
Harriman demands a full apology from The Daily Mail, stating —
The original JPEG without the black-and-white grade. I expect a full apology and retraction from @MailOnline @Telegraph @victoria_ward. No trees or meadows were moved or swapped. This is the image straight out of the camera. Additionally, that is a Jacaranda Tree, not a willow tree.”
It’s important to clarify the truth behind these allegations and to appreciate the authenticity of the original photograph captured by Harriman.
Now, with the release of the color version, we have a clearer view of the moment. Meghan is elegantly adorned in the yellow Carolina Herrera Silk Overlay Column Gown In Taxi Cab, priced at $3990, which we previously saw her wear for Archie’s first birthday party in photos shared in the couple’s Netflix documentary.

UPDATE!
Last week was a hectic one for Harry and Meghan during their time in Texas. Many of you were curious about Meghan’s attire for the Uvalde event on Saturday. Out of respect for the families involved, we refrained from including fashion details in our initial post. Meghan wore her St. Christopher Talisman charm, starting at $395. She first wore the necklace in August 2023.
She also had on her Ariel Gordon ‘Hex’ bracelet, $5500.
Meghan’s shoes are from Birdies, the Goldfinch Onyx Gilded Silk, $190.
The Duchess wore a pair of black skinny jeans which have not yet been identified.

I think yellow is a fabulous colour on Meghan. There was a UK appearance where she wore a plain yellow sleeveless sheath, and looked amazing. In the colour version of the pregnancy photo here the sun is shining on bright pale green foliage that adds to the yellow impact.. Lovely photo. I can’t bear to comment on the UK tabloid press campaign. It is so unrelenting and vicious..
