On Friday, Meghan joined a Q&A session at the “Her Best Life” retreat in Sydney, sitting down with co-host Gemma O’Neill.

Held at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, the weekend was positioned as a luxe coastal escape—bringing women together for meaningful conversations, a little downtime, plenty of laughter, and the kind of moments that stick with you.

From what’s been shared, it was a small, supportive group. Meghan joined in conversations, connected with the women there, and leaned into the whole idea of taking time for yourself.

During the retreat, Meghan reportedly opened up about what it’s actually been like to live under constant public scrutiny. She spoke about being “attacked” in the public eye and the toll that takes—something we’ve all seen play out for years, but rarely hear her address so directly.

She connected with the group, shared her experiences, and focused on the importance of supporting one another—especially in a world that can feel pretty unforgiving. It’s very much in line with the work she’s always done, but this felt a little more personal.
Harry and Meghan’s longtime friend, Markus Anderson—who also helped bring the collaboration together—was in the audience as well.

After the retreat, Meghan reunited with Harry as the couple attended a rugby match between NSW Waratahs and Moana Pasifika at Allianz Stadium in Sydney. The event wrapped up their Australian trip.
The two looked relaxed and happy—completely in sync. There’s always an ease when they’re together at events like this. No fuss, no overthinking—just showing up and enjoying the moment.
It’s also a reminder of how naturally Meghan moves between private and public life. One minute she’s in a small, supportive setting, the next she’s stepping out on the world stage with Harry.
Rugby Australia CEO Phil Waugh presented Prince Harry and Meghan Wallabies jerseys with their names on the backs, as well as little jerseys and shirts for their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Now a look at what Meghan wore for both engagements today—

Meghan wore a top by Scanlan Theodore—the Cashmere Tie Sleeveless Tank in “Tuile”, $350 AUD. At the moment, that shade is only available on the brand’s Australian site, but I’m told it’s expected to hit the U.S. site in the coming months.
In the meantime, the U.S. site does carry the same style in several other colors here.

She wore the Scanlan Theodore Italian Slouchy Trouser, $500 AUD. Once again, these are currently only available on the Australian site but will arrive on the US site in the coming months. The closest trouser I could find on the US site is this style here.

She wore her Aquazzura ‘Purist’ pump in beige – available here and here.

She wore the Real Fine Studio – Real Fine Signature Studs, $990.

Meghan also wore her Cartier Juste Un Clou Torque Necklace Small Model Diamonds.

For the Rugby Match Meghan wore an all black outfit with a trench coat.

Meghan’s trench coat is from Camilla and Marc ‘Evans’ classic trench coat in sand, $900.
