Meghan Preps the Thanksgiving Meal — and Sage Is Having a Moment!

SAGE HONEY GLAZE

Ingredients:

¼ cup Sage Honey
¼ cup turkey broth or chicken stock
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt + pepper
Optional: chili flakes or fresh herbs
Lemon

Directions:
Whisk warm stock with Sage Honey and Dijon, season to taste, and brighten with a squeeze of lemon. Add herbs or chili flakes if desired. Brush onto a fully roasted turkey for a beautiful, glistening finish worthy of any holiday table.
